Laura Ingraham’s Radio Future Questioned
by Brian Maloney, June 5th, 2008 at 12:26am
Has Laura Ingraham stepped away from her radio show? If so, why?
Locally, she’s carried on WTKK-FM.

I am a fan and I wish she was on earlier.

Laura was on Fox last night, nothing was mentioned. Didn’t she recently adopt a little girl? Maybe she wants to focus on being a Mom for now.

Someone on Free Republic mentioned they heard today’s fill in host, Monica Crowley, say that “Laura is fine”
She’s heard on WNSH 1570 in Beverly 9-noon;
WCRN in Worcester (830) has her 10am -noon
and WTKK delayed, 10 pm to 1 am. In Burlington VT
WVMT has been known to go to Howie Carr at 3 pm instead of 4 when a guest host’s on.

Brian how come no mention of Julie’s praises being sung in today’s herald here’s a quote let’s give her credit and look at that sexy lady:

Three years ago, Entercom Vice President Julie Kahn took a gamble.
The Celtics [team stats] were a losing franchise, but Kahn struck a three-year deal with the team to broadcast its games on WRKO-AM (680). (The games are now on sister sports talk station WEEI-AM 850.)
Kahn had little support from advertisers - and even her own staff - but she had a lot of faith in the team’s latest ownership.
“I really put the house on them,” Kahn told MediaBiz this week. “We didn’t have much support from the ad community. It was a very, very bumpy situation.”

Wow! I get her e-blast…here is what the latest one said. I like Tammy Bruce. She’s a new Mum too so I wonder….

Just because I’m not on the radio right now doesn’t mean I don’t have a lot to say on politics and the culture.
OBAMA’S O’BACKPEDALING: Not only will a President Obama change the world, redirect the seas and control the weather, he will apparently also rewrite history. For nearly a year Obama has opposed designating the Iranian Revolutionary Guard a terrorist entity, claiming it could be used as a pretext for military action. (The bill to do just that actually prohibits such an outcome, but never mind.) Even though Obama was only one of 24 senators to vote against the designation last fall, he’s often bashed Hillary’s yes vote as “saber-rattling.”

Lackey,
WHAT A BABE!!!!! Do you have any other pics of her?????? WOW!!!!!! (Maybe some beach pics of her in a bikini?)
What a package! She’s got all the “right stuff” to not only run award winning stations, she’s a GODDESS!!!!! Yum-O!
Jason is one smart, lucky guy. He gets to lick her boots! Move over Jason it’s my turn now!

If she was dealing with settling in with her new daughter and taking a vacation, I believe this is something she’d tell her listeners. We all know she just adopted, so and adjustment phase I would think could follow and some time off to deal with other things surrounding a new child. I can’t see her leaving her listeners in the lurch for something we’d all understand.
All I know is I don’t download her shows from iTunes for this week. If she is going to leave, maybe Fox Radio would pick her up!?
Or maybe Rush’s group could sponser her.
I hope she’s back soon. I like better on radio than TV. She had way too much make up on this morning.

Another station carrying a portion of her show live is WSMN-AM 1590 in Nashua, NH.

Aren’t mysterious unexplained absences by media personalities usually revealed later on to have been related to contract issues?
11. JSYK | June 7th, 2008 at 12:15 pm
What a pity…Celtic Frost/Hugh Jass is still in his mother’s basement with NO LIFE and spends all his time here being pathetic and unfunny. “Kahn’s A Goddes” (spelled incorrectly, dunb-ass!) is his latest attempt at being the crashing bore he so desperately is. GET A LIFE, you sick, sad LOSER, LOL!

Pitiful.
Reads this thing.
Daddy laughs.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO LAURA INGRAHAM SHOW LISTENERS
Reports are circulating in the press that I “took a leave of absence” or walked out on my radio show. As I wrote in this space earlier this week, that is false. The decision to remove the Laura Ingraham Show from the airwaves was made unilaterally by Talk Radio Network as a tactic in contract negotiations, against my will and over my protest. Additionally, any notion that I am leaving radio is also completely false. After all my years on the air, you know that I would never voluntarily abandon you during such a critical time for our country. Power to the People.
