  Sorry Brian this one went right over your head. Rabid Roads comments were accurate, you know I’m a big fan so I will help turn you around.

  “She’s the woman that shows up at kids birthday parties” was meant as a compliment. Her friends have kids, not abortions, cake to stick candles in, not fetuses

  “starts opining about everything from politics to lawn care” AGAIN a compliment. She “KNOWS” what lawn care is and she doesn’t define it as the company that comes once a week. The any community organizers know how to start a lawn mower, NO! Sara rebuilds the in the garage on Saturdays. As for politics anyone near her BEGS to hear her speak about sticking to what she believes and how she is not a career politician.

It’s because she wants to sleep over but only if Todd’s home.

  Randi Rhodes latest outburst is typical of a spoiled elitist who is upset that they are not getting their way.

  This latest in a string of unfounded attacks is further proof of the desperation that is seeping into the camp of Obama supporters. The handwriting is on the wall and the more outrageous their claims against Palin, the more swing voters they drive to the Republican ticket.

  I know Mr. Pragmatic will think I’m crazy, but this type of “we know better than you because we are smarter” elitism from the left is pushing them toward a landslide defeat in November. They are making it far too easy for independent voters to move to the side of McCain-Palin. If Democrats thought they were unhappy with Al Gore’s 2000 election loss, how will they swallow “sure thing” Obama’s left-wing motivated self destruction?

  We libs are ivy-league educated, and before that went to the best prep schools. Cons are state school educate, and before that went to public high schools…

  NH, I don’t think you are crazy at all, I think you are right. That said, I also think the people that the Dems are tipping over to the McCain side, in large part, are the people that would benefit considerably from democrat policies.

  I have no problem with people like yourself or others here who make reasoned, logical choices that may be different from my own. My disgust is with the people who get sucked in by the Republican sizzle every four years and vote for the candidate they can “relate to” or “would want to have a beer with”. Our country gets dumbed down by the day and the Republicans are far better at influencing the “limited capacity” vote than the Dems. There are smart people on both sides and then the Republicans do a better job of selling to the less intelligent and that puts them over the top.

  If McCain and company pull this out after eight years of Bush’s poor prosecution of a poorly sold war, a rocky economy and homes being foreclosed on faster than when I landed on Boardwalk with a hotel on it and I had $10 cash, it will be like the Patriots winning the division without Brady. Wait a minute, they’re 2-0! Dammit…
