Curtis Sliwa: Pinstripes Come First Foreign Leaders No Match For Arrogant Boston Liberals

Sackings At CBS Radio - Boston

by Brian Maloney, November 12th, 2008 at 03:00pm

Several trade sites
are reporting another round of fresh layoffs at CBS Radio Boston today, but it’s not yet clear who was affected.

It seems that no media company can escape the collapsing revenue environment these days.

Where will that leave WBZ? Probably in no better shape than its lower-rated competitors. With car dealers going broke, radio has lost its primary source of ad dollars.

And Obama’s ill-advised
push to bail out the automakers (obvious payback to the labor unions) won’t help one bit as long as their finance units remain unwilling or unable to provide new loans.

All Obama’s plan does is postpone the inevitable, as Detroit is clearly well beyond saving at this point. Until those bloated union contracts are nullified, which the Dems will never allow, the Big Three don’t have a prayer.

    This is for Rosanna.

Michael Medved can be found on the SALEM radio network and the times in the EAST are 3pm-6pm.
There is no longer a New England station to play his program BUT if you can’t download it on your ipod go to radiotime.com and you can listen to his show on the ‘puter.

Savage has been a GRAVE disappointment since the election. No bother, with Satellite, Internet and iPod there are other greats to listen to (for now)…

If you are Conservative and want fierce non-equivocating hosts I recommend…

    “Quinn & Rose”
“Rush Limbaugh” (never was a fan BUT his show is soooo great since Wednesday!)
    “Michael Graham”
    “Mark Levin”
“Rusty Humphries”…not afraid to kick the ass of the Prez-elect all ova the place!

Thank you, Skunky! You are so kind. Unfortunately, I don’t have satellite radio but think I must get it. I do listen to Limbaugh and think Michael Graham is the only one worth listening to on Boston radio. Unlike others, he knows how to craft a show and does pay attention to local issues. I’ve heard of Levin but there’s no way to check schedules. Thanks again!

And Obama named the governor of Michigan (yes, THAT Michigan) to his economic team. This rodeo clown administration is still-born…utterly and completely. The only joy will be seeing the adoring Messiah worshipers turn from cheering to crying as His ‘promises’ evaporate one by one.

May I add to Skunky’s above post that podcasts of the Salem Communications talk show hosts, including MIchael Medved, can be found at http://www.townhall.com. Each podcast also has a written summary of the content and lasts about 30 to 50 minutes. There is only about a one day delay between the archived podcast and the original broadcast. Dennis Prager is my personal favorite

PS: for some really right wing talk, try:

How right wing? Their main sponsors are survivalist foods.
