On what basis has this school district decided to change the name of this school? Because Obama did what, exactly? He achieved what? He solved what? He brokered what peace accord? He cured what societal ill? He repaired what injustice? He made what lasting "change" that has improved the Republic? This guy has gone farther on less substance than any politician in U.S. history. We should all hope he is nothing more than a typical politician (read: a congenital liar) and therefore has no intention of keeping any of his campaign promises. So far, his only accomplishment appears to be the revival of the Clinton administration. Not exactly something to celebrate. Maybe President-Elect Obama should actually become President Obama before we rush out to name things after him. On what basis has this school district decided to change the name of this school?
