Throwing Braude Under The Motorcade Obama In Deval Patrick II, The Really, Really, Truly Crappy Sequel

Media Still Covering For Dems In Distress

by Brian Maloney, December 2nd, 2008 at 12:00am

Continuing a longstanding but
entirely dishonest trend, our beloved mainstream news media continues to omit the partisan designation of “embattled” liberal politicians. We saw this in Boston recently with the Chuck Turner corruption scandal, where his Green Party membership was left out of most coverage.

Now, two more examples have emerged: first, courtesy of NewsBusters, a racism and nepotism scandal that has the mayor of Kansas City (MO) in real trouble. Yet ABC couldn’t be bothered to mention that he’s a Democrat.

Second, RI state Representative Deborah Fellela (above image) has seen her husband and two sons arrested for various offences in recent weeks, but the Providence Journal has refused to indicate that Fellela is in fact a Democrat.

The basketcase representative from Johnston blames local police for harassing her clearly innocent family, claiming political opponents are influencing the cops. They beg to differ.

When a Republican is in trouble, these guys are quick to point to GOP complicity, but when the shoe is on the other foot, the media acts as though they’ve never heard of the Democratic Party.

Brian, we own academia and the mainstream media. You own talk radio (until we re-introduce the fairness doctrine, that is!). The judiciary is a tossup. Congress goes back and forth. And you do better than we do in the Oval Office.

Basically, what are you whining about?! It all evens out, ol’ pal o’ mine.

Although I’d say that due to the abject mismanagement of Bush, Cheney, Rumsfield, et. al. that we are pulling ahead for this next cycle. Hopefully, my man Obama can make hay while the sun is shining!

Using the term Democrat would be redundant and a waste of ink. The liberal definition of these folks is they are trying to find themselves in a world destroyed by Bush. The term Republican must be used to assure all know that it is the route of all evil and the association is duly noted.

Evil does not even begin to describe what has
happened to the land the real evil doers (Bush
et al) have systematically snuffed out. The
tale will be quite apparent within thye year.

Add Birmingham, AL mayor Larry Langford (also a Harvard guy) to the long list of Democrats on the wrong side of the law.
