I now listen to Rush on a Georgia station over the Internet. WRKO sucks, dead air and PSA’s.

I didn’t catch any thinly veiled innuendo, maybe I missed it. I just groaned when I heard her start with her tuna salad rap. I didn’t hear “pizza ass”, but I may have missed it. I’ve noticed her making more references to hotels they’ve stayed at, and how she has to carry his stuff, and pick him up. And how she has to make him lunch. I think she does it to cast Jim in a bad light, but it makes her look like a pathetic desperate woman. Oh, I just remembered one funny thing….she was worried about her “hairstyle” wearing a bike helmet….what is she kidding me? What’s to wreck?

The only thing I could add is that Magpie is still trying to get mileage out of a lot of lame bits from the early 2000’s (her tuna….hmmm…didn’t listen today but did Magpie attempt to make some sad not so veiled innuendo about it?). Did she call Jim “pizza ass”? Only she would know.

Wait a moment. I’ve lifted myself up for the gutter long enough to note the following from Brian’s article:

“Talk Radio Needs a Divorce”…..reading the headline, I assumed I was going to read a juicy story on the “divorce” of Magpie and Jim.

I’ve been in a bit of a pissy mood myself for a few days, but for some reason I found Magpie more annoying today than usual. When she described her tuna (AGAIN!!!)….it’s tuna salad, Magpie. How effing good can it be? And again w/the mashed potatoes. Yes, Magpie, we get it. Loads of butter and cream. Everyone makes them that way.

And I am so sick of listening to her lumping and labeling all employees in the public sector as lazy and overpaid, and how they luck out w/bennies. I could go off on this subject, but that will only add to my misery today.

Not all CEO’s are red-handed crooks who should be locked up and not all employees in the public sector are useless.

So, I need some help to snap me outta this funk….c’mon, a juicy tidbit….Staffer? You’re in the “know”…..spit it out.

Circlet Soft….you hit the nail on the head, we are indeed bored of big media stock price stories (even Entercom ones). Anyway, you notice how we really control the topics here anyway? In other words, Brian posts a story about share prices dropping or the Denver newspapers, and we end up talkin’ all about Magpie being in heat. This is our site now Brian!!
