— A lot has changed since December 8, hasn’t it?
— Marsha predicts victory
— Is this election fraud?

No, while this story is big across the nation it is huge here in Boston and they want local hosts to talk it up…and sell ads. Lots of people are calling and hearing Charlie Manning right now.Howie will be HUGE today and then Avi tonight…
This would be like the Globe or Herald saying “Why have our local writers write about the Red Sox in the World Series? We’ll just pick up some AP story by a writer elsewhere.”
There have been times when RKO has had local hosts on like a few yrs back when the likes of Moe Lauzier came in after Howie to talk about a huge blizzard–going local instead of national.
I don’t know if RKO would go local or syndie if/when they lose Rush, probably syndie, but in a case like this you go local.
And this will help them get more listeners for Tom and Todd and for Howie…people who normally wouldn’t listen to talk radio are interested in this story and they find WRKO, like what they hear, and stay tuned

I agree Raccoon! If they lose Rush and go local all the time, the HAVE to get a real news department. One thing that I just heard on ‘RKO was the news that the President’s Press Secretary, Robert Gibbs acknowledged the large turn out and anger of the voters but he also mentioned that all the anger preceeded the present Administration. Oh my! IT’S BUSH’S FAULT!!!!!!!!!! I can’t make this up, I’m not that smart!

You Marsha fans heard it directly from the Globe. She won already. No need to get wet voting for Marsha. She already won.

As Mr. Food would say regarding Moe Lauzier, he was “OH so good!”

National Review Online has an original copy of Martha’s press release alleging voters finding ballots pre-marked for Scott Brown.
Seems the release is dated January 18th…yesterday. Did Martha get her law degree from a box of Cracker Jacks or did she have to clip and mail in box tops? No wonder she couldn’t find any corruption on Beacon Hill!
Go Scott Brown! 2010: The Second American Revolution!

I like the local host idea and actually tuned in…I am not a big Rush fan anyway.

Let me say this first, you were RIGHT! You made the case why Scott Brown could win this. I thought you were crazy, but I got to hand it to you. I wish I got on the band wagon early while Scott was still meeting with small groups. Now… Go Charlie Baker!

I’m glad I watched FNC/Fox 25, CNN is obviously out of touch with American news/politics. Anderson Cooper was live from Haiti, and he/they couldn’t stop for a couple hours to report of a signifiant change in the politics.
CNN had 20 other hours to fill up with Haiti. Then there is “24 hours to fill up with news.” But not to CNN’s own interests.
CNN is not a “news organization”. It’s just going to be a “brand name” soon if not now.
