Who cares, it's called damage control. Rush and the religious right do the same apologetic thing.

Horrible analogy. The Spitzer supporters-big gov't collectivists-Commies actually would APPROVE of Black Helicopters. Their conspiracy theories lean towards "The Vatican controlled the Holocaust"
