Dr. Laura's opinions are spot on...she may be a hypocrite BUT as someone who has followed her for years (with a small break when the Vanity Fair article came out) I still think she knows what ADVICE to give to have a better life. You may not like her and feel free, but it would be hard to prove your point that what she says ISN'T the cold, hard truth or will improve someone's chaotic life.

Besides, who today ISN'T a bloody hypocrite? I stopped that nonsense years ago...I agree, sometimes it's hard but finding true angels is harder. I'm with Lee on this one, Brian. On what moral authority should 'her kid's mom' be able to preach to anyone? Yes Dr Laura has quite a past. I could fill a book with stories. The way she tormented and ran a well organized hate campaign against DR. Beverly D'Angelo when they were on the same LA station is a perfect indication of what a slime bag this woman is.

I used to enjoy sending her current husband a now go take on the day fax every time a station dropped her program. after it was necessary to send a couple out each week it just got to time consuming

How many major markerts still air her dribble? How many main stream stations as opposed to those "Christain" stations run her.
